Ryan Runté

Personal Real Estate Corporation

Ryan has always had a love for real estate, watching his mom sell homes at a young age in North and West Vancouver.

Ryan has been a licensed Realtor for 10 years, with 7 years as a Medallion Club Member, which recognizes the TOP 10% of all REBGV Realtors.

Ryan recognizes that selling or buying a home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make in your life. Your home may be your largest asset; this could be the biggest financial move you’ve ever made. Ryan believes you deserve the best representation when dealing with such a large-scale investment, whether you’re buying or selling. Ryan’s real estate experience, combined with his outstanding negotiation skills and a thorough knowledge of the local Vancouver real estate market, enables him to offer you the highest caliber of advocacy, guidance and assistance.

Ryan listens closely to his Buyers and Sellers and translate their needs and desires into an effective, practical system designed to achieve these unique goals. Ryan has sold several properties for major developers like Onni, and helped market and sell real estate for Mac Marketing Solutions, a Marketing company who helps developers and Resorts sell their properties.

Currently Ryan is working for Stonehaus Realty as one of their top Agents. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, two young children, and travelling.

Wayne Chow

Personal Real Estate Corporation

Born and raised in East Vancouver to working Chinese immigrant parents, Wayne graduated from Britannia Secondary and went on to obtain a commerce degree from UBC, with a specialization in marketing and finance. He spent the next 7 years as a trader in the securities industry, and as a consultant, before he ultimately found his true passion in real estate. His vast experience in the financial world helped cultivate his strong analytical background and logical approach to real estate, which have proven to be successful tools in this industry.

Wayne has lived and been an active member of the East Van community his whole life, and has watched the Lower Mainland evolve with its continual growth. Being trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, also offer Wayne the versatility to adapt to the growing demographic in the emerging metropolis. In his spare time, you can usually find him out and about in the city; at local community centres playing ice hockey, scouting the newest restaurants in town, or exploring the parks with his wife and their dog, Cooper.
